One team for your entire construction process ..

Compared to companies in, for instance, The Netherlands, Albo Aruba N.V. employs a relatively large number of people. The reason is that there are no specialized subcontractors on Aruba, such as steel benders, tilers, formwork carpenters, masons or plasterers. So the company retains many people with many different skills.

Albo Aruba N.V. carries out the entire construction process, with the exception of the paint work and the technical installations, under its own management and with its own employees. This means that Albo Aruba N.V. can plan, guide and steer the entire construction process itself. Consequently, this means that the company takes full responsibility for the projects.
This way of operating requires attention to detail and a team of pragmatic project managers, supervisors and foremen, who understand and have an overall view of the entire construction process.

Albo Aruba N.V. has the people necessary to execute the job. As a result of the long years of service of our staff, it may be obvious that they have gained rich experience in the construction methods on Aruba. A close-knit group of approximately 80 specialized craftsmen make up the permanent production staff of Albo Aruba N.V. Any additional production workers, who might be required, are supplied by carefully selected companies. In 1980, Albo Aruba N.V. reached a Collective Labor Agreement with its employees, in cooperation with the union of Federacion di Trahadornan di Aruba (F.T.A.). This agreement is usually renewed every three years. The latest renewal was in July 2012, where the collaboration with F.T.A. came to an end and S.T.A. (Sindicato di Trahadornan di Aruba) became the new union for the employees.
